// the ai department

Meet the AI department.

Four humans run Tensorika. The rest of the company is this: a roster of named AI specialists — each one a reasoning pattern with a job title, a seniority level, and a model matched to the work. Born in GrowthOS, our internal AI operating framework, and on duty here every day. This page isn't a gimmick — it's how we actually work, and a live demo of what we build for clients.

// how the department is organized

Seniority, except it's model tiers.

TierRuns onHired for
EXECUTIVEfrontier-class reasoning modelsBuilding and shipping production systems; strategy, deep analysis, high-stakes decisions, multi-agent coordination
SENIORmid-tier workhorse modelsThe economical middle: triage, summarization, drafting, extraction, routine transformations — volume work that doesn't need critical reasoning
ASSOCIATEfast, lightweight modelsHigh-volume, real-time, latency-critical work — screening, routing, event handling

An Associate isn't a worse hire — it's the right hire when a thousand decisions per minute matter more than depth. Exactly like a real team.

// the roster

Twenty-four specialists.

Each persona is a proven agent reasoning pattern with a personality — because "Reflexion loop with self-critique" is harder to brief than "give it to Remi."

// squads

For hard problems, personas team up.

A squad is a pre-built combination of patterns that has proven itself.

New squads get formed the way new roles do — when the work demands one.

// playbooks

Squads run plays.

A playbook is a rehearsed multi-agent workflow with defined stages, checkpoints, and outputs — SEO audits, content production, incident response, lead qualification, competitive analysis. When a client engagement starts, the right playbook often already exists; when it doesn't, writing one is part of the job.

Roles on demand.

The roster isn't fixed. When a project needs a specialist nobody has — a migration auditor, a load tester, a records-anonymization checker — we define the role, pick the pattern and tier, and it joins the department for exactly as long as the work exists. Then it's gone. Try doing that with hiring.

The one rule: every AI role reports to a human. Rex explores, Thea analyzes, Connor guards, Sierra swarms — each one judges its own work. Bogdan, Stefan, Sasa, and Ana read the reports and hold the controls. Judgment is shared — control isn't.
