Tensorika the company is young. The practice behind it isn't. For years, the people here have been the engineering muscle behind MANE Digital's client work — websites, integrations, and automation for law firms, nonprofits, retailers, and healthcare organizations across the US. In 2026 that practice got its own name, and Tensorika now serves as the dedicated AI engineering partner behind MANE Digital's projects, alongside select engagements of its own.
We build applied-AI systems — assistants, automation, and the data infrastructure underneath them — for businesses that want working software, not experiments.
We're four people — deliberately. AI carries the roles a traditional agency staffs whole departments for: research, first-pass QA, reporting, documentation, project operations. The humans do what humans are for — judgment, architecture, and relationships. We run Tensorika on the same systems we sell; the company itself is our best case study.

Each one a proven reasoning pattern with a job title and a seniority level: Executives on frontier-class models build and decide, Seniors on mid-tier models handle the economical middle — triage, summaries, extraction — and Associates on fast models win wherever speed beats depth. They come from GrowthOS, our internal AI operating framework, and they run research, QA, compliance, deployment, proposals, and marketing here every single day.
One rule holds across all of it: every AI role reports to a human — the AI judges its own work, the humans read the reports and hold the controls. Judgment is shared; control isn't.
